FAQ

In selecting a particular attorney, what criteria should I consider?

No one criterion should be relied upon in choosing your attorney.  Websites can be helpful but even more helpful is word of mouth from people who have used the particular attorney.  But one of the best tools is to meet the lawyer and see if you get along.  The attorney-client relationship is very important and you need to be able to trust your lawyer to do what is best for you.

Do I really need a lawyer for my car wreck?

Insurance companies are in business for one thing, to make money.  They provide a valuable product to consumers but at the end of the day, their bottom line is what matter most.  With that in mind, they will do everything they can to keep settlements low and profits high.  An attorney will help navigate the rough waters of an insurance claim and get you the recovery you deserve.

Have Questions?

If you have a question that isn't answered here, please feel free to contact the Yates Law Office for more details!  Please note that the emailing of a question does not invoke the attorney-client relationship nor secure representation.  That is accomplished through the execution of the "Agreement for Legal Services".

CONTACT US

Is there anything I need before contacting you?

No.  Don't wait to get copies of medical records or police reports before calling.  We simply need to find out what is going on so we can schedule an appointment or an in-house/in-jail visit.  The sooner you call, the sooner you know you have someone on YOUR side.

How much does it cost to speak with you?

Some types of cases have no fee at all until the case is resolved.  For others, the fee for the initial visit varies but is always applied to the total cost of representation.  For an accurate fee description, please call the office at 855-525-3529.
